A NATIONWIDE LEGAL NETWORK
While we would like to resolve our clients' account portfolios through our regular collection services, we will sometimes encounter difficult and troublesome cases that can only be resolved by legal intervention.
Prior to any legal action we report the salient collection facts to our client, who will determine the next action, and if a legal remedy needs to be pursued.
Should you decide that legal intervention is the most effective solution, NARC will follow that course of action on your behalf, once your written authorization is received.
Specifically for these types of cases NARC has developed a sizable nationwide network exceeding 300 law firms that specialize in debt collection cases. An additional network of over 5000 attorneys further supports these law firms. These practices are among the best in their respective regions and assign us priority status.
Subject to the debtor location we will discuss the issue with the relevant localized law practices, and report to our client as to the terms under which they will pursue your action. At all stages our client is kept informed by NARC, who coordinates and manages the various legal activities on your behalf.
